LPNs: $40-$45/hr (DOE) Seeking Passionate and Dependable Nurses! Flexible schedule Competitive Pay Access to UKG Wallet Must work a minimum of 3 shifts per month, 8 or 12-hour shifts Free training available to help you launch your nursing career with Avamere As a float Nurse, you will support Avamere at our skilled nursing facility in the Sequim, WA community! Prepare and administer medications and review medication cards for completeness and accuracy. Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care Supervise execution of the resident plan of care and participate in development of the plan of care Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate Qualifications: Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities. Must chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and resident's response to care. Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
