Day / Evening / NOC Shift Caregivers- $400 BONUS after 90 days
Our facility is a family owned 40 bed assisted living facility located on the northside of Spokane. We strive to provide excellent care in a more homelike setting. We believe in a team approach to providing care, we lead best by serving. We love teaching skills to those new to the field and seeing them move up in their career.
We know that being a caregiver isn't for the faint of heart! We are looking for reliable and caring individuals to join our team. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer a cohesive team atmosphere, stocked breakroom, employer provided meals, monthly and quarterly employee appreciation events, simple IRA account with 3% employer match after 90 days, PTO accrual, discounted membership to the YMCA, medica, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment- 80% of monthly premiums paid by the employer and opportunities for additional education.
