Quality Improvement: Take an active role in practice-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and streamlining office operations. Patient Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to patients, supporting them through their dental journey with a welcoming and supportive attitude.

Salary Range	【Part-time】 $60.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred. Education & Licensing: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Eaglesoft software is highly recommended. The Right Fit: While we value experience, we are also open to motivated career changers or recent graduates who demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
