Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform routine cleanings, apply sealants and fluoride, and conduct thorough exams of teeth and gums. Diagnostics: Perform oral cancer exams and take digital X-rays as necessary to monitor patient health. Patient Education: Educate patients on the importance of flossing and proper home care to prevent dental disease. Clinical Excellence: Provide attentive, detail-oriented care while maintaining excellent customer service. Technology Management: Utilize digital radiography and potentially EagleSoft software for patient records and charting.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Eaglesoft Nitrous Oxide Certification Education: Associate degree in Dental Hygiene (Required). Licensure: Valid Michigan Dental License and Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification (Required). Skills: Proficiency in digital radiography; experience with EagleSoft is helpful. Preferred Certifications: Local anesthetic administration and Nitrous Oxide certification are a plus. Attributes: High energy, intelligent, team-oriented, and a strong focus on clinical detail.
