Job Description	Clinical Procedures: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, and fluoride applications. Imaging: Capture high-quality digital radiographs to assist in diagnosis. Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies. Safety & Maintenance: Sterilize dental equipment and strictly adhere to OSHA and CDC infection control standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and prompt treatment notes within the EHR system. Clinical Support: Assist providers with various clinical procedures as necessary.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts. Certifications: Active CPR and CDC Infection Control certifications. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team. Technical: Proficiency with OpenDental or similar EHR systems is a plus. Preferred: Local anesthesia certification is preferred but not required.
