Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments by reviewing medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and evaluating current dental conditions. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality medical imaging (X-rays and panoramic scans) while adhering to strict aseptic techniques. Education & Counseling: Empower patients with knowledge on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Clinical Records: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) using Open Dental software. Compliance & Safety: Ensure total HIPAA compliance and uphold the highest standards for healthcare infection prevention and control. Chairside Support: Seamlessly perform chairside assisting duties as needed to support the clinical flow.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Open Dental Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensure: Must hold a current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical coding, and aseptic techniques. Experience: Previous dental office experience is preferred, but we welcome Entry-level candidates (under 1 year) who demonstrate strong clinical skills. Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Pediatric Dentistry practices is highly desirable. Software: Proficiency in Open Dental or similar electronic record systems. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
