Job Description	Specialized Periodontal Therapy: Perform high-quality Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, and prophylaxis. Comprehensive Assessment: Execute and document detailed periodontal charting, evaluations, and screenings for oral cancer. Diagnostics: Take and evaluate high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos to support co-diagnosis with Dr. Smith-Macdonald. Patient Education: Empower patients by explaining the connection between oral and systemic health and providing tailored home-care instructions. Clinical Excellence: Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if certified) to ensure patient comfort during deep cleanings. Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements	Dentrix Eaglesoft Nitrous Oxide Certification License: Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Experience: Confidence in periodontal therapy and implant maintenance is essential. Certifications: Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide sedation certifications (or willingness to obtain). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a "team-player" attitude. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital charting and modern dental technology (experience with Dentrix/Eaglesoft is a plus).
