Diagnostics: Take and develop high-quality digital X-rays and perform intraoral screenings. Clinical Support: Participate in instrument processing, sterilization, and strict infection control protocols. Collaboration: Work closely with Dr. Prather and the dental assisting team to provide comprehensive treatment planning.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Licensure: Valid Maryland State Dental Hygienist License (Required). Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix) and digital radiography. Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuing education.
