Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality prophys, root planing (periodontal therapy), and application of fluoride treatments and sealants. Diagnostics: Review and update dental X-rays and maintain detailed patient chart notes. Patient Education: Partner with the Doctor to educate patients on oral health and guide them through treatment plans. Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA regulations; maintain sterile equipment and a secure environment for patients and staff. Documentation: Record narratives and probing depths accurately for insurance claims.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Education: Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program. Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental X-rays and sterilization. Experience with Open Dental software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, and a passion for health education.
