Job Description	Provide Preventative Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar. Clinical Assessments: Review medical histories, take vital signs, and conduct thorough patient assessments. Imaging & Diagnostics: Operate medical imaging equipment to take and develop X-rays following strict safety protocols. Chairside Collaboration: Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Patient Education: Counsel patients on oral hygiene, preventive health, and post-treatment care. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain rigorous infection control standards, including instrument sterilization and aseptic techniques. Documentation: Manage electronic health records (EHR) with high accuracy, ensuring HIPAA compliance and proper medical coding.

Requirements	Dentrix Eaglesoft Licensure: Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Illinois. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred. Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and infection control. Specialties: Experience in Pediatric Dentistry and working comfortably with children. Soft Skills: Exceptional patient counseling skills and the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor
