Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing with precision and a gentle touch.

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including screenings for oral cancer and periodontal disease, and taking high-quality digital X-rays.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the dentist to develop and communicate personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Education & Advocacy: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness to ensure long-term success.

Relationship Building: Foster a warm, welcoming environment to create the "long-lasting relationships" that define our practice vision.

Professional Growth: Participate in our constant team training sessions and utilize paid Continuing Education (CE) to stay at the forefront of dental technology.

Team Support: Act as a reliable, responsible team player, assisting colleagues and maintaining a high-energy clinic flow.
