（Part-time） Registered Dental Hygienist job at Tru Dental, PC

We are looking for a part-time dental hygienist interested in learning about and educating patients on the connection of dental health to total body health and wellness. Applicant should be comfortable with procedures such as routine adult and child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal treatment, preventive dental treatment, oral hygiene instruction, taking x-rays and an understanding of comprehensive dental hygiene care. Responsibilities also include patient management, treatment room management and sterilization, records management, office participation with team meetings and promotion of team concepts, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with patients and team members and excellent attention to detail. Current New Mexico Dental Hygiene license, anesthesia certification and BLS certification required. Laser Certification a plus. Bilingual a plus.

- Typical Work Hours: Tuesdays 7:30AM-4PM, Wednesdays 7:30AM- 5:30PM and Thursdays 7:30AM- 3PM
- Meal Breaks: to be duiscussed with cadidate(not counted as work hours).
- No weekend shifts required.

-Proficient with digital tools and open to learning and working with technologies like AI dignostics, salivary diagnostics, sleep apnea diagnostics.
-Guides patients in building personalized lasting oral health care and helps patients learn and understand the correlation between oral health and total body health.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Experience/certifiction with laser is a plus
Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Pearl, dental photography is a plus
