Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing; take high-quality digital radiographs (Bitewing x-rays). Diagnostics: Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments to assist the dentist with treatment planning. Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and health counseling. Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and strictly follow all OSHA and healthcare infection control protocols.

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $55.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday–Thursday \| 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM (No evenings or weekends!)
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of North Carolina. Certifications: Current CPR and BLS Certification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital dental x-rays and patient charting. Experience with Open Dental software is preferred. Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with strong clinical training.
