Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRPs, and full mouth debridements with precision. Patient Advocacy: Assist patients in understanding diagnoses and treatment options; provide personalized oral health education. Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality digital X-rays and impressions while following all safety protocols. Prevention: Apply sealants and fluoride treatments to help our patients maintain lifelong oral health. Care Coordination: Manage patient records and scheduling using Open Dental software. Safety First: Maintain strict infection control and sterilization procedures to keep our community safe.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Nitrous Oxide Certification License: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Oregon. Certifications: CPR/BLS Certification; Nitrous Oxide Certification is a major plus! Tech Savvy: Proficiency in dental software (experience with Open Dental is preferred). Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, a patient-first demeanor, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge: Expertise in HIPAA, infection control, and preventive health.
