Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform high-quality prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Diagnostics: Conduct thorough patient assessments (vital signs, medical history) and capture precise medical imaging/X-rays following all safety protocols. Pediatric Support: Provide gentle, effective care tailored to children, ensuring a positive experience for our youngest patients. Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques when needed. Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment plans using EMR systems (Eaglesoft/Dentrix) in compliance with HIPAA. Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene strategies and post-treatment care instructions. Safety: Maintain a sterile environment through strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft License: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Georgia (Required). Experience: Proven experience in a clinical setting; experience in Pediatrics is a significant plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Clinical Knowledge: Strong grasp of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control. Soft Skills: A professional demeanor with a compassionate touch and keen attention to detail.
