Job Description	Performing cleanings (removing tartar, stains, and plaque). Applying preventative treatments like sealants and fluoride. Taking high-quality digital X-rays. Assessing oral health and collaborating with the dentist on findings. Educating patients on hygiene techniques for long-term health. Maintaining accurate patient documentation and contributing to a seamless office flow

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license from an accredited program and current Virginia licensure.
