Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Provide thorough 1-hour hygiene appointments for a diverse patient population. Conduct initial screenings, review medical histories, and identify conditions such as gingivitis or periodontitis. Perform dental cleanings, plaque removal, and preventative treatments like fluoride application. Capture high-quality X-rays and dental impressions. Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care. Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for gum disease and other oral health issues. Maintain accurate patient documentation and digital charts. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA and sterilization protocols.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $56,800.00 〜 $72,600.00 /year

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Proven experience in a clinical dental setting. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (HIPAA). Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused personality. Physical stamina to meet the demands of a clinical workday. Excellent attention to detail and a "steady hand" for clinical procedures.
Preferences	Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Mid-level experience in a multi-doctor or fast-paced practice. Experience with advanced dental technology and digital record-keeping. Passion for community oral health education and preventative care.
