Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform thorough cleanings (scaling and polishing) and conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Radiology: Take and develop high-quality X-rays following strict safety protocols. Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies. Clinical Support: Assist dentists during exams using four-handed dentistry and maintain detailed records in systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

Experience: Proven experience in general dentistry; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control. Soft Skills: Compassionate patient interaction and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
