（Full-time） Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, Salaried) job at Dental World

What You’ll Do

Primary (Hygiene)

Deliver excellent preventive care and periodontal therapy as appropriate
Educate patients with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Chart and document thoroughly and accurately
Maintain infection control standards and clinical best practices
Team Support (When Hygiene Schedule Allows)

Make patient calls (recall, confirmations, follow-ups)
Help the team keep the day running smoothly during downtime
Support the dentist and clinical team
Learn new systems/technology and contribute ideas to improve patient experience
Hygiene care remains the primary focus of this role; support duties are to help the team when gaps arise.

What We’re Looking For

Required

Active Florida Dental Hygienist license
Excellent communication skills (patients + team)
Team-first mindset, reliability, and strong follow-through
Growth mindset: comfortable learning new workflows, science, and technology
Willingness to wear different hats in a growing practice

Prefer a strictly limited job scope (“only hygiene, nothing else”)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Ability to perform standard clinical hygiene duties (sitting/standing for procedures, repetitive hand motions, lifting typical dental supplies). Reasonable accommodations may be made as required by law.

Mon 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Tue 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Wed 10:00AM – 6:30PM
Thu 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Fri 8:00AM – 1:00PM
