Job Description	Provide high-quality preventative dental care, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance. Conduct thorough oral health assessments and accurate periodontal charting. Capture diagnostic digital X-rays to assist in comprehensive treatment planning. Empower patients through detailed education on oral hygiene and preventative health strategies. Maintain clear, thorough, and timely clinical notes for all patient interactions. Manage clinical time efficiently to ensure quality care remains on schedule. Collaborate effectively with the dentist and support staff to maintain a seamless office workflow.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $75.00 〜 $80.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Active State Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing. Current CPR and AED Certifications. Proven proficiency in capturing and interpreting X-rays. Strong focus on preventative health and patient interaction skills. Excellent chairside manner and the ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly. Commitment to punctuality and a team-oriented work ethic.
Preferences	Previous experience in a high-end or well-established private practice. Advanced experience in patient counseling and long-term treatment motivation. Proficiency with modern dental software and digital record-keeping systems.
