Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing, and conduct thorough patient assessments (medical history reviews and dental condition charting). Diagnostics: Utilize your expertise in Panoramic, Periapical, and Bitewing x-rays to assist in diagnostic evaluations. Patient Education: Act as a health counselor, educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care tailored to their specific needs. Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols, utilizing aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our dentists and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and a gold-standard patient experience. Record Keeping: Manage medical records accurately using Eaglesoft dental software.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Eaglesoft General Dentistry Licensure: Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina. Experience: Proven experience in a general dentistry clinic; proficiency in Eaglesoft is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection prevention management. The "Soft" Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient confidentiality and a gentle touch in direct patient care.
