Requirements	Valid Dental Hygienist License in the state of New York. Strong familiarity with HIPAA and patient safety protocols. Ability to work in-person at our Florida, NY location. Our Mission: We’re looking for motivated professionals passionate about delivering outstanding dental care while fostering positive patient experiences in a vibrant team environment. Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix, dental anatomy, and medical coding. Expertise: Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection prevention. Communication: Exceptional patient interaction skills—you should be able to make patients of all ages (including pediatrics) feel comfortable and informed. Experience: While we welcome entry-level applicants, a high degree of responsibility and a "patient-first" mindset are required.
