Job Description	License: Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Anesthesia: Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certification required. Skills: * Proficiency in Laser Periodontal Therapy (preferred but will train). Strong background in soft tissue management. Excellent "chair-side manner" to help anxious patients feel at home. Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and X-ray certification. Values: A commitment to "whole-body" health and understanding the oral-systemic link.
