Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including screenings, cleanings, and periodontal treatments.

Patient Engagement: Use your "sunny" personality to build rapport with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.

Software Management: Utilize Eaglesoft for accurate patient charting, scheduling, and digital record-keeping.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain a smooth, organized office flow.

Practice Contribution: Actively participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to enhance the patient experience and office efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
Licensure: Must hold a current and valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Eaglesoft is required.

Personality Traits: We are specifically looking for someone organized, enthusiastic, and energetic. A positive attitude is a must!

Interpersonal Skills: You must genuinely enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills.
