Preventive Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to ensure optimal oral health.

Diagnostics & Imaging: Conduct patient assessments (vital signs/medical history) and take high-quality X-rays using proper safety and radiation protocols.

Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized hygiene instructions and clear explanations of treatment plans.

Clinical Support: Assist chairside with general and pediatric procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques when necessary.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous infection control (aseptic techniques) and sterilization procedures.

Documentation: Ensure accurate patient charting and records management using Eaglesoft or Dentrix, maintaining full HIPAA compliance.

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Hours: 16–18 hours per week

Licensure: Valid New York State license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required).

Experience: Prior experience in a dental office is preferred, with a strong background in General and Pediatric Dentistry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) and medical imaging.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
