Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform thorough prophylaxis, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments. Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and oral cancer screenings. Advanced Assisting: Support the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques during examinations and procedures. Imaging: Capture high-quality medical imaging (X-rays) while maintaining strict aseptic techniques. Patient Education: Provide tailored health counseling and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong oral health. Documentation: Manage precise patient records and charting within Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or SoftDent.

Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Experience: Mid-level; experience in general or pediatric dentistry highly preferred
Shift & Schedule	Expected between 30 to 40 hours per week
Requirements	Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Tech Proficiency: Essential experience with EMR systems (Eaglesoft/Dentrix) and digital imaging. Clinical Skills: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control procedures. Pediatric Care: Experience with children is a plus; must be comfortable monitoring vital signs for pediatric and medically compromised patients. Compliance: Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
