Job Description	Clinical Assessment: Perform thorough examinations of teeth, gums, and oral structures to identify signs of disease or abnormalities. Preventative Treatment: Provide expert dental cleanings, screenings, and preventative treatments to help patients maintain optimal oral health. Diagnostic Testing: Administer tests and take high-quality X-rays to assist in the diagnosis of oral conditions. Patient Education: Instruct and train patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the effective use of dental appliances and devices. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with dental assistants and aides to ensure a seamless patient experience. Clinical Judgment: Make quick, informed decisions regarding patient care based on clinical findings and best practices.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $65.00 〜 $80.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	General Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements	Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor. Adaptability: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Compliance: Strict adherence to sterilization, safety, and privacy protocols.
Preferences	Advanced Licensure: Current Dental License. Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume family practice setting.
