Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a meticulous focus on patient comfort. Diagnostic Imaging: Operate medical imaging equipment (Dexis) to capture precise radiographs for comprehensive patient assessments. Patient Advocacy: Review medical histories, conduct thorough periodontal assessments, and provide personalized health education and counseling to patients of all ages. Interdisciplinary Support: Assist the doctor with chairside duties and four-handed dentistry during hygiene downtime to maintain efficient office flow. Clinical Documentation: Maintain pristine digital records and patient charts using Open Dental, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance and aseptic standards. Practice Partnership: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to help refine and improve the patient experience as the practice grows.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $30.00 〜 $35.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Licensure: Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Skills: Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and periodontal assessment. Attributes: A "team-first" mentality with a proactive willingness to help with clinical assisting duties when needed. Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques for infection control. Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills and a gentle clinical touch.
Preferences	Open Dental Dexis General Dentistry Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Software: Previous experience with Open Dental and Dexis imaging software is highly preferred. Experience: While entry-level candidates are welcome, experience in a general dentistry setting is an asset. Specialty Comfort: Ability to adapt communication styles for both adult and pediatric patient care.
