Job Description	Periodontal Mastery: Provide high-quality SRP and PMT utilizing Cavitron systems and hand scalers. Diagnostic Support: Screen for oral cancer, assess perio needs, and partner with Dr. Spence on comprehensive treatment planning. Patient Education: Communicate clinical findings and home-care strategies to maintain our high 37-year retention rate. Efficient Workflow: Manage a single-column schedule (50-min prophies), collaborating with a dedicated assistant who handles X-rays and setup. Clinical Standards: Ensure precise documentation and strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure & Education: Active Dental Hygienist license with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the field. Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in dental hygiene protocols, patient screenings, and accurate medical history charting. Safety Certifications: Current CPR certification and a cleared Tuberculosis (TB) test prior to your first day.
