Job Description	Preventive Therapy: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including the removal of plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth. Periodontal Care: Conduct screenings for gingivitis and gum disease, performing scaling and root planing as necessary. Patient Assessment: Review patient medical histories, perform oral cancer screenings, and chart dental conditions accurately. Health Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutritional counseling, and the importance of preventive maintenance. Diagnostics: Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) for diagnostic review by the dentist. Compliance: Maintain a sterile clinical environment by strictly adhering to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $47.00 〜 $52.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Operating Days: Monday through Thursday. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday – Sunday: Closed.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Skills: Proficiency in standard dental hygiene clinical techniques and periodontal charting. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. Reliability: A strong commitment to punctuality and professional consistency.
Preferences	General Dentistry Experience: Previous clinical experience in a general dentistry setting is advantageous. Software: Familiarity with digital dental charting and practice management systems. Technology: Experience using intraoral cameras and modern digital radiography tools.
