Job Description	Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health evaluations, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) for diagnostic review by the dentist. Health Education: Provide personalized instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies. Infection Control: Adhere to strict sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and a positive office workflow. Patient Hospitality: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $80.00 〜 $107.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Basic life support Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and standard infection control protocols. Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to reliability.
Preferences	Experience: Previous experience in a high-tech or fast-paced clinical dental setting is beneficial, though we welcome enthusiastic recent graduates. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital practice management software and advanced imaging equipment. Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build immediate rapport and trust-based relationships with patients.
