Job Description	Holistic Patient Care: Perform thorough cleanings and identify oral health conditions while connecting with patients to ensure their total comfort. Health Education: Empower patients to improve their systemic health by providing guidance on the oral-systemic link, nutrition, and airway health. Diagnostic Testing: Conduct specialized diagnostic testing and capture high-quality X-rays and digital scans. Clinical Support: Sterilize instruments, maintain a clean workspace, and assist the doctor with various treatments as needed. Records Management: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and charting to track progress in our health-focused diagnostic model. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a team environment, going the extra mile to support fellow staff members and optimize practice operations.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $50.00 〜 $53.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Mindset: A strong passion for wellness and an understanding of the mouth-body connection. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and personable demeanor with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with patients. Reliability: A track record of consistency, hard work, and professional dedication. Teamwork: Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive office setting.
Preferences	Technology: Experience with modern dental scanning technology and digital radiography. Specialized Training: Knowledge or interest in airway health, sleep dentistry, or nutritional counseling. Development: A desire for professional development and a willingness to adopt unique diagnostic protocols.
