Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, for a diverse patient base of adults and children. Diagnostics & Imaging: Capture high-quality digital radiographs and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments to assist in co-diagnosis with the dentist. Patient Education: Act as a health advocate by providing personalized oral hygiene instructions and counseling patients on the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement effective periodontal treatment plans. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a safe clinical environment by strictly adhering to OSHA standards and infection control protocols. Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed patient charting and record-keeping within the practice management system.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $64,200.00 〜 $82,100.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid and current Georgia State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in scaling, root planing, and direct patient care. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Mindset: A positive attitude and a proven ability to work as a true team player.
Preferences	Eaglesoft Software: Previous experience using Eaglesoft practice management software. Experience: Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced private practice setting. Continuing Education: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in dental hygiene and technology.
