Title	Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health evaluations and periodontal charting for one patient every hour. Health Education: Provide personalized instruction on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits to empower patients in their home care. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality dental radiographs for diagnostic review by the dentist. Sterilization & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe and sterile clinical workspace. Patient Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient charting and documentation within our digital management system.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $65.00 〜 $70.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Break: Dedicated lunch hour from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Pace: One patient scheduled per hour to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Clinical Skills: Proficiency in standard dental hygiene procedures, patient assessment, and preventive care. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction. Professionalism: A strong commitment to clinical ethics, reliability, and teamwork. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and standard infection control protocols.
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experience: Previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is advantageous. Software: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and digital charting tools. Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated approach to patient education and clinic workflow.
