Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing to maintain and improve patient oral health.

Diagnostics: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments.

Patient Education: Provide personalized health education and counseling on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits.

Charting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using practice management software.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist and support staff to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and ensure smooth office flow.

Licensure: Valid and current Indiana State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).

Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date State X-ray certification.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient education.

Professionalism: Excellent time management skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Experience: Previous clinical experience in a dental office, specifically in a hygiene chairside role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.

Clinical Versatility: Advanced knowledge of modern periodontal therapy techniques and preventive health treatments.
