Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and polishing, to prevent decay and periodontal disease. Patient Assessment: Review comprehensive medical histories, monitor vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration), and conduct oral health evaluations. Diagnostic Imaging: Operate medical imaging equipment to capture bitewing and panoramic X-rays while maintaining aseptic techniques. Patient Education: Provide personalized health education and counseling on oral hygiene practices and specialized treatment plans. Clinical Support: Assist with chairside procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques and prepare materials for treatments. Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Documentation: Ensure accurate patient charting and medical record management within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $38.00 〜 $45.00 /hour

Requirements	Dentrix CEREC Cosmetic Dentistry Implant Dentistry Emergency Dentistry General Dentistry Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental anatomy, terminology, and periodontal therapy. Safety Standards: Proven expertise in healthcare infection prevention, disinfection procedures, and dental sterilization. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and OSHA regulatory standards. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating dental imaging equipment and monitoring patient vital signs. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
Preferences	Software Proficiency: Experience with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft. Specialized Experience: Prior experience in pediatric dentistry or working with diverse patient populations. Administrative Skills: Familiarity with medical coding related to dental procedures and document control.
