Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including extensive cleanings and scaling to remove plaque and tartar.

Diagnostics: Capture and interpret high-quality digital radiographs to assist in comprehensive diagnostic reviews.

Clinical Treatments: Administer fluoride applications and other preventive agents as prescribed.

Patient Education: Provide clear, personalized instructions on proper brushing and flossing techniques to empower patients in their home care.

Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to strict sterilization protocols and infection control standards to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Records Management: Maintain accurate patient charting and treatment documentation using digital management systems.

Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of employment (minimum 1,000 hours worked per year).

Paid Time Off: * Vacation pay based on the number of days worked.

Holiday pay provided for holidays falling on your regularly scheduled workdays.

Core Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Breaks: 60-minute unpaid meal break daily.

Additional Options: Opportunities are available to add Friday shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and/or Saturday half-days (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated training and experience in digital radiography and modern clinical equipment.

Safety Standards: Thorough knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures.

Professionalism: A positive, personable demeanor with exceptional communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a general dentistry setting.

Software: Previous experience using Eaglesoft dental practice management software.
