Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough oral health evaluations, including medical and dental history reviews and periodontal charting. Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and counsel patients on treatment plans to improve systemic health. Diagnostics: Capture and process high-quality medical imaging (X-rays) for accurate diagnosis. Documentation: Maintain precise patient records, charting, and treatment notes using dental software. Sterilization & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control standards using aseptic techniques and ensuring the proper sterilization of all instruments. Compliance: Maintain absolute patient confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding data security.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $73,800.00 〜 $94,300.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Daily Rate: $540.00 base rate or production-based compensation—whichever is higher for the day. (Clinicians in our office regularly earn $750.00 or more per day).
Benefits	Paid Time Off (PTO). Health Insurance (available for discussion). 401(k) Retirement Plan (available for discussion).
Shift & Schedule	Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Total Expected Hours: Approximately 27–36 hours per week. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed.
Requirements	Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Proven proficiency in disinfection procedures and infection control protocols. Demonstrated experience in providing direct patient care to individuals of all ages. Strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferences	Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is ideal, though we are happy to provide training. Previous experience in a fee-for-service or private general practice setting. Advanced knowledge of preventive therapeutic treatments.
