Job Description	Comprehensive Clinical Care: Conduct thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and intraoral examinations. Patient Advocacy: Provide compassionate care while educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and preventive health strategies. Diagnostic Accuracy: Capture high-quality dental radiographs and perform periodontal charting to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Efficiency and Flow: Manage an established schedule with one-hour appointment blocks, ensuring a high standard of care for every patient. Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $56,800.00 〜 $72,600.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard 1.5-hour lunch, with flexibility to shorten to 30 minutes). Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (No late afternoon or evening hours). Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard 1.5-hour lunch, with flexibility to shorten to 30 minutes). Thursday – Sunday: Closed.
Requirements	Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner. High level of reliability and professional dedication. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented practice.
Preferences	Experience in a private, fee-for-service (FFS) dental environment. Advanced proficiency with modern dental practice management software and digital imaging. Strong multitasking skills with a focus on detail and organization.
