Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to maintain and improve patient oral health. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture and interpret high-quality digital dental X-rays to aid in comprehensive healthcare diagnosis. Periodontal Assessment: Evaluate and diagnose gum disease, ensuring patients receive appropriate intervention and follow-up care. Patient Education: Provide individualized health education and counseling to help patients understand the link between oral hygiene and systemic health. Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient experience. Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and manage clinical supplies within your operatory.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $42.00 〜 $47.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Benefits: * Paid Time Off (PTO). Comprehensive safety equipment and PPE provided. Modern, fully digital facility with advanced air purification.
Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour midday break). Friday – Sunday: Closed.
Requirements	Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Proficiency in digital dental X-ray technology. Demonstrated ability in healthcare diagnosis and periodontal assessment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient interaction and education. Commitment to a safe, team-oriented work environment.
Preferences	Prior experience in a clinical setting (Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply). Familiarity with modern dental practice management software. Advanced skills in patient counseling and preventive strategies.
