Comprehensive Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance within a "zero untreated perio" environment.

Patient Assessment: Conduct 90-minute new patient evaluations and 60-minute recall appointments to ensure comprehensive diagnostic reviews.

Clinical Excellence: Utilize advanced clinical skills to assist in long-term oral health planning and dental implant maintenance.

Professional Communication: Act as a key educator and liaison for patients, maintaining our practice's standard of clear, transparent, and compassionate communication.

Collaborative Support: Maintain a sterilized, efficient workspace while working seamlessly with Dr. Harrell and the support team.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Total Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.

Appointment Standards: 1-hour recall appointments and 90-minute new patient appointments.

Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience.

Excellent clinical proficiency and refined communication skills.

Experience in a private, fee-for-service, or boutique-style dental practice.

Advanced knowledge of dental implant maintenance and restorative support.
