Title	Full-time Hygienist
Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to help patients maintain optimal oral health. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and reviewing medical histories. Imaging: Capture high-quality dental radiographs for diagnostic review. Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling to empower patients in their home care. Collaboration: Work closely with our dentists and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Compliance: Adhere to all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $60.00 〜 $67.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Day shift Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Current CPR/BLS certification. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality patient care. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Preferences	Experience with modern dental practice management software. An interest in continuous learning and professional development.
