We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. Job Description	Clinical Procedures: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Diagnostics: Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays and capture intraoral images using medical imaging software (Epic). Patient Assessment: Evaluate oral health, take vital signs, and monitor patient health history to develop appropriate treatment plans. Specialized Care: Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required; assist the dentist during complex procedures via chairside assisting. Health Education: Counsel patients and families on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care, particularly for pediatric patients. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous infection control, aseptic techniques, and sterile fields according to OSHA and practice standards. Documentation: Manage accurate patient charting and records while strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy laws.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $38.00 〜 $46.00 /hour

Requirements	Education: Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Licensure: Valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in dental scaling, patient assessment, and operating medical imaging equipment. Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare infection control expertise. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferences	Advanced Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Software: Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems. Specialty Experience: Proven experience in pediatric dentistry or working with diverse patient populations. Clinical Experience: Mid-level experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
