Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Provide thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing while ensuring patient comfort. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements. Workflow Management: Ensure efficient clinical workflow and timely task completion to support a seamless patient experience. Patient Advocacy: Build trust-based relationships with patients, providing education on preventative care and oral health maintenance. Quality Improvement: Participate in practice-wide quality initiatives to enhance clinical operations and patient care standards.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $50.00 〜 $55.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certification: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Mindset: Enthusiasm for excellence in dentistry and a commitment to lifelong learning. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with patients.
Preferences	Experience: While we welcome all experience levels, prior experience in a high-volume or state-of-the-art clinical setting is beneficial. Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital diagnostic tools.
