We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing clinical family. This role is perfect for a clinician who is passionate about oral health education and delivering meticulous preventative care. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to manage your patients' periodontal health while working in a supportive environment that emphasizes quality over quantity.

Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort. Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive oral health screenings, including periodontal charting and oral cancer exams. Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral images to assist in treatment planning. Collaboration: Partner with the dentists to co-discover and present treatment plans to patients. Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed clinical notes within the patient's electronic medical record.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $60.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Retirement: 401(k) matching. Insurance: Health and Dental insurance (available after 90 days of employment). Time Off: Paid time off (PTO).
Shift & Schedule	Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Days: 3 to 4 days per week (to be coordinated with the office manager). Office Status: Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certification: Valid Radiology and CPR/BLS certifications. Communication: Exceptional verbal skills to effectively educate and build rapport with patients. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in modern periodontal therapies and ultrasonic scaling. Professionalism: A reliable, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to HIPAA compliance.
Preferences	Open Dental Software: Experience with Open Dental and Carestream imaging software. Clinical Specialty: Experience with advanced laser therapy or localized antibiotic delivery. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
