Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Deliver superior dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a gentle and professional touch. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with a growing and friendly patient base. Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality diagnostic data and perform thorough periodontal assessments. Patient Education: Provide clear, actionable advice on oral hygiene and preventative care tailored to individual patient needs. Compliance: Maintain a basic understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and secure. Collaboration: Work effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth patient transitions and comprehensive care.

Shift & Schedule	Flexible schedule Our available days are Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and you can pick your own hours (earliest 8:00am and last patient being 3:30pm)!
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Licensure: Current and valid State Dental Hygiene license. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist (Mid-level). Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a talent for patient interaction. Knowledge: Foundational understanding of HIPAA privacy regulations and clinical safety protocols.
Preferences	Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dental hygienist Eaglesoft Dexis General Dentistry Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Software: Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is advantageous. Clinical Style: A strong track record in customer relationship building within a general dentistry setting.
