Job Description	Clinical Procedures: Perform professional dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and high-quality cleanings. Diagnostics: Take and process dental X-rays as part of comprehensive oral examinations. Patient Assessment: Record accurate medical and dental histories and conduct thorough oral health screenings. Health Counseling: Provide personalized education on oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and home care routines. Collaboration: Partner with dentists and support staff to develop treatment plans and ensure seamless patient flow. Equipment Care: Maintain sterilized instruments and a clean, safe operatory following all health protocols.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $35.00 〜 $40.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Weekends: Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Licensure: Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or eligibility for state licensure). Clinical Skills: Proficiency in dental X-ray techniques and patient assessment. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for counseling patients and interacting with a multidisciplinary team. Physical Aptitude: Excellent manual dexterity and comfort utilizing modern dental technology. Attributes: A compassionate, professional demeanor and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferences	Experience with digital charting and modern radiography software. Experience treating a wide age range of patients, from children to seniors. Demonstrated ability to manage patient flow in a busy general practice setting.
