Job Description	Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing. Capture and interpret high-quality diagnostic images, including Panoramic and Occlusal X-rays. Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and personalized home-care routines. Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment. Maintain organized and accurate patient records with high attention to detail.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $55.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Core Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Optional Days: Potential for Mondays. Daily Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends: Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Active Connecticut Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Valid State Dental License. Proven proficiency in capturing Panoramic and Occlusal X-rays. Exceptional interpersonal and patient service skills. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a clinical setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferences	Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or higher. Previous experience in a high-volume, community-focused dental practice. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
