Job Description	Preventive Care: Perform professional dental cleanings, including plaque removal and fluoride applications, to protect and maintain patient oral health. Diagnostics: Conduct initial mouth screenings, check oral health history, and identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis. Radiography: Utilize modern equipment to take accurate and diagnostic digital radiographs. Patient Education: Provide comprehensive homecare instructions and demonstrations to empower patients toward better oral health. Clinical Collaboration: Take an active role during examinations with the dentist and perform thorough tooth and periodontal charting. Safety & Maintenance: Properly sterilize dental instruments, monitor clinical supplies, and maintain dental equipment according to safety regulations. Documentation: Maintain precise documentation and digital charts for every patient using Dentrix software.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $45.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Infection Control License Nitrous Oxide Certification Licensure: Valid Michigan license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certifications: Current Radiation Health & Safety (X-ray) and Nitrous Oxide certifications. Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA, aseptic techniques, and infection control. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in digital radiography, periodontal charting, and intraoral camera use. Communication: Outstanding communication skills with a patient, friendly personality and a high level of attention to detail. Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of a busy clinical environment.
Preferences	Dentrix Software: Previous experience with Dentrix software (though we are happy to provide training). Experience: Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist in a private practice setting.
