Job Description	Preventive Care: Provide exceptional clinical treatments, including thorough cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance. Patient Education: Act as a primary educator, using rapport and modern tools to help patients understand their oral health and treatment needs. Clinical Autonomy: Perform assessments and diagnoses within the scope of hygiene, trusting your own clinical judgment and expertise. Collaboration: Partner closely with the dentist and the clinical support team to ensure a seamless and efficient office flow. Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed patient records and charting while adhering to top-tier clinical and safety protocols.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $50.00 〜 $58.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of California. Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification. Language: Proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate rapport and educate patients clearly. Professionalism: A reliable, self-motivated team player who maintains a positive attitude regardless of the office pace.
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Adaptability: Openness to continuous growth and constructive feedback to refine clinical and communication skills. Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging equipment.
